The dog in the above photo has probably eaten a nice meal. People living in blocks often feed the stray dogs that wonder near their block. Most of the time, the dogs end up staying right there and not going somewhere else and consider it their territory and defend it against other intruder dogs. It is just as having a pet but not keeping it inside the flat. A lot of the dogs are really friendly and children play with them a lot. Some of them only bark at other people just to impress the persons from the block taking care of them when it comes to food and they do not intend to actually bite that person. Other times, they bark towards homeless people as they probably think they are their competitors in getting food from the garbage can...
