Calculating How Much to Give Your Dog Dog Feed

Too much feed cause obesity and too little youll be starving your dog! So calculating the exact food your dog need is important.
One day dog amount
(lets say your dog is 1 kg and 40 days old~3 months old)
1 kg x 3% = 30 g

If your dog feed is size of a corn than 1 g of dog feed is about 7~8 of those. 30 g is about 210~240 of dog feed. Now since its "one day" amount you must divide the amount. If your dog is thin you must measure exact weight for correct calculation. Really, if you give give dog snacks but give little exercise than the vet will recommend reduce amount of feeding. Percentage differ with age Heres the chart
  • 40 days old~3 months old: 3%
  • 3 months ~ 6 months old: 2~3%
  • 6 months ~ 12 months old: 2%
  • 1 year ~ 5 years old: 2%
  • 5 years and older: 2%
